Shipping

GET-A-BAG provides shipping worldwide. Once you have placed your order, the purchased product(s) shall be shipped to the address indicated in the online form. The delivery time for European countries is 7 – 10 working days from the date of order, whereas delivery time for non-European countries is 10 – 15 working days from the date of order. The estimated delivery day might be altered due to outside sources.

We commit that between 1 – 2 days your order will be shipped by us! In the case of delay due to the shipping company, customs, or any reason why your order is not possible to be delivered, there is no refund. Customer should wait for the product to be delivered since it is out of our hands and it is due to outside sources.

In case the product is not successfully delivered due to customer mistake (e.g. wrong delivery address) and the items are automatically returned to us, GET-A-BAG shall charge you extra re-shipping costs for the delivery expenses that have occurred. In case of error on the part of GET-A-BAG, we will resend your purchased items at no extra charge.
